WHAT TO BRING?
- Comfortable Sportswear – Clothes suitable for physical activity such as t- shirts, shorts or leggings. Coat or jacket to stay warm and dry (when we go outside). - Sports Shoes – Closed toe, trainers and no football boots. - Water Bottle – To stay hydrated throughout the day and they can refill.

Example Menu: Day 1 Breakfast Wholemeal Toast with low fat butter or Fruits Lunch Wholemeal wrap with cheese, ham, chicken, tuna or jam. Lettuce and Tomato available. Served with carrot sticks and cucumber. Ritz crackers / Rice cakes. Hot options- Lunch Chicken soup with whole bread rolls or Tomato Pasta served with salad (peppers, lettuce and cucumber). Snacks Fruit or natural yoghurt Day 2 Breakfast Low sugar Cereal or Fruits Lunch Bagel with low fat cream cheese or jam. Served with Carrot Sticks and cucumber. Ritz crackers / Rice cakes. Hot options- Lunch Vegetable soup with whole bread rolls or homemade spaghetti with low fat meatballs, served with salad (tomato, lettuce and cucumber). Snacks Fruits or crackers (with cheese) Day 3 Breakfast Pancakes with honey or Fruits Lunch Wholemeal Sandwiches with cheese, ham, chicken or jam. Lettuce and tomato available. Served with carrot Sticks and cucumber. Ritz crackers / Rice cakes. Hot options- Lunch Tomato soup with whole bread rolls or chicken pasta served with salad (tomato, lettuce and cucumber). Snacks Fruits or healthy cereal bar Day 4 Breakfast Bagel with low fat butter or Fruits Lunch Hummus, dip, carrot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, peppers, wholemeal pitta bread, cheese cubes. Ritz crackers Hot options- Lunch Chicken soup with whole bread rolls or tomato spaghetti with low fat cheese served with salad (tomato, lettuce and cucumber). Snacks Fruits or Rice Cake Children will be asked at the start of the day what they want for breakfast and lunch.
