What we'll do
SPACE is a 6 week programme for parents and carers who are experiencing low level mood, ongoing anxiety and stress from everyday living. WHAT'S COVERED: - exploring how stress and anxiety can impact our thoughts, feelings and behaviours - identifying early signs of emotional stress - identifying ways to manage stress and anxiety - exploring self-care, self-compassion and well-being WHAT PARENTS SAY ABOUT SPACE: - The course opened my eyes up to break down my thoughts and feelings, and I now think more positively about myself as a parent. - I am calmer. Less overthinking. - I would recommend to others and I think it's a valuable resource that I wish I had access to 15 years ago - Met a great group of people and realised I’m not the only one to find it hard.
