For young people aged 16-19 with a EHCP! Love music? Come and sing along to it in these uplifting sessions, great for your health and wellbeing. Sing Break is a relaxed, high-energy space where you can switch off from pressure, connect with other people, and sing along with the track - not on your own. We’ll play a mix of pop, rock and popular song favourites - you bring the energy. ✨ No auditions. ✨ No pressure. ✨ No singing experience needed. It’s about singing for fun, boosting your mood, and feeling that post-song buzz. Creative, social, and honestly better than scrolling for another hour! Just show up. Join in. Let the music take over.

Hi, I’m Suzanne. My background is in education and community work, helping people build confidence, become more motivated and feel part of something. I’m all about creating a relaxed, upbeat space where you can be yourself, try something new, and just enjoy it. This brings me to why singing together is great for this - it’s a brilliant way to boost your mood, meet new people, and have a good time - no pressure, just good vibes and certainly no singing experience necessary - it’s just for fun and that’s why we’ll select a diverse range of feel-good songs that you know and love! When you arrive
The sessions will be held in the Small Hall at The Christ the Cornerstone Church, Central Milton Keynes. There is a reception desk in the main entrance and the staff there will be able to guide you to the small hall.
