We will take more details about the young person the including your health condition we are to be aware of during the child with us such as any food Allergies and find out about any medication we need to know and the child can go home alone. We will encourage the YP to engage with the sport and other activities planned for the each session. The would be off site trip and all the children are require to sign a consent form with £5 charge to pay for where they are going and SFM will pay the balance if they charge morn then that. SFM staff will packed snacks and water for all the children to take with them for the trip.

Chatsworth Youth Club
We aim to support parents and young people in our community to reduce knife crime and gang family. Chatsworth youth club offer a safe space for young people to engage with their peers, sport activities, workshop, mentoring and holiday activities to reduce ASB. we also use our online platform National Parents and Youth Open Forum to educate Parents through workshop, training and community event with police, youth organisations and hackney gang unit.
