PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION LISTED BELOW Please note - booking this activity counts as ONE session. To give everyone a fair chance, each child may attend one Flip Out HAF session during EASTER HAF initiative. Duplicate bookings will be cancelled. HAF @ FLIP OUT HEREFORD – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW! WHAT TO EXPECT - A calm, inclusive session designed specifically for SEND families - No music or flashing lights – creating a low-sensory, relaxed environment - Full access to our inflatable arena in a quieter setting - Carers go free (with proof of carer status) - A fully accessible venue with lift and disabled toilet facilities - Friendly, supportive staff trained to help create a positive, respectful experience IMPORTANT - Please, take care when filling in EEQU form, especially dietary requirements and first aid permissions, as this will ensure smooth and efficient acceptance of your bookings. This helps us prepare properly and ensures smooth check-in on the day. WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR SEND HAF EASTE BOUNCE: * 90 mins of supervised inflatable bouncing * Freshly prepared meal, including: A wrap (protein options to be selected at a time of booking via EEQU) Seasonal veg (usually cucumber & tomato) An Apple Jelly * Drink (water or squash) * Flip Out Pumped Up socks (provided on arrival) * Easter Eggs Scavenger Hunt - Pick up your Easter Egg hunt sheet at reception, find all the hidden eggs around the park, and bring your completed sheet back to receive a prize. * Positive vibes, friendly faces and lots of smiles. ARRIVAL & IMPORTANT INFO * Arrive 30 minutes early (This allows time for check-in, socks, and safety briefing). * Sign Valid Waiver required (an adult parent/carer must complete the Flip Out waiver online before arrival via our website). * Safety video (All participants must watch our safety video before bouncing (available on our website)). * Flip Out terms & conditions apply and are available on our website. WHAT TO WEAR - OUR RECOMMENDATION * Long sleeves and covered legs are recommended to protect skin while bouncing. * Flip Out Pumped Up socks must be worn at all times on the inflatables (included). AGE & SUPERVISION * This session is Suitable for ages 5–16 years * Children under 12 must have an adult remain on site during the session * Carer/s are free with the proof of carer - please ensure to select FREE Carer ticket when booking. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - If the participant you care for has Down Syndrome, please get in touch with us before your visit. We'll need to share some important information with you and gather a few details in advance to make sure everything is safe, ready, and in place for their session. - We will have flexible check in process, meaning families do not need to arrive all at one time.
