A summary
Join us at the local community centre for an exciting Science Day, where children can become scientists for the day and discover the fun of hands-on learning. Participants will take part in a range of engaging experiments, including creating invisible ink, making slime, building erupting volcanoes, and designing colourful kaleidoscopes. It’s a fantastic opportunity to explore science through creativity, curiosity, and play. At 1:00pm, HAF-funded children will enjoy a hot meal provided by a local vendor, giving everyone a chance to recharge before continuing with the activities. Please note that parents or carers are required to stay for the duration of the event and must book a free parent ticket. Siblings are also welcome to attend and can join in the fun for £3 per ticket. We look forward to welcoming families for a day packed with discovery, learning, and exciting scientific adventures!
