A summary
Climb Quest has been awarded grant funding from Milton Keynes City Council to deliver sessions for the Holiday Activities and Food Programme, for children in receipt of benefit-related Free School Meals (FSM), during the Easter Holidays school holidays in 2026 Climb Quest Milton Keynes is a ‘fun’ climbing centre, with over 20 amazing looking walls that really motivate people of all ages, 4 years plus, to try. What makes it work so well for SEND climbers is that the walls are set up to be inclusive for all, regardless of physical ability or confidence level. Join us for one of our fun and interactive SEND Spring HAF climbing sessions. Parents are required to stay for the session. The climbing experience will include a go on both of our Extreme Challenges (the Vertical Drop Slide and Stairway to Heaven), and climbers will receive a certificate at the end of the experience. We have assistance climbing hoists for climbers with physical disabilities. You can let us know on the booking form, if you think your child would benefit from this. Siblings of SEND children can also join in so all your children can experience the activity together. No specialist equipment is required and our friendly instructors will be on hand to support and guide your children throughout the session. We look forward to hosting you and your family for the Spring HAF Programme. Please contact us if you have any questions about the centre or the session. If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel the place on EEQU booking system in advance of the session, allowing another child the opportunity to attend & benefit from holiday activity, as places and funding for these places are limited. We appreciate your help in ensuring that the limited HAF funding is spent efficiently and cancelled funded HAF places can be opened to other families of eligible children who are trying to access these holiday experiences.

At Climb Quest Milton Keynes, we passionately share an ethos around inclusion for all, running specific Autism- friendly and SEND sessions. We support groups and individuals to challenge themselves and promote healthy lifestyle activities. We are very proud of the fantastic feedback we receive for our SEND sessions particularly around how accessible the activity is and how it helps build confidence. Our centre motto is ‘be proud of what you can achieve’. Climbers get a huge sense of pride from what they achieve on the Climb Quest walls. Parents feel an amazing sense of pride seeing their children develop in confidence over their climbing session.
What we'll do
The HAF climbing session is a 3 hour experience, running as follows: Hour 1: Climbing including briefing and harnessing Hour 2: Lunch time and fun activities off the climbing arena Hour 3: 2nd hour of climbing including reharnessing Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time to check in and get settled.

Aim 1
Children will leave with a real sense of accomplishment and the session will produce a host of valuable learning and development outcomes, particularly around confidence building. The session will also give them the chance to experience an alternative sport that improves flexibility, balance and core strength.
