What we'll do
We will be creating a mini version of the hit musical School of Rock! Day 1 - Getting to know the show, taking part in lots of drama exercises, reading the script, and deciding on roles Day 2 - Rehearsals begin! Day 3 - Continue learning the songs, scenes, and routines as we add costumes and props to our show Day 4 - We hit the stage to rehearse, adding the technical aspects Day 5 - After a morning dress run on the stage, family and friends will be invited in to watch the final performance This summer school runs for 5 days from 10am to 2.30pm each day. Monday Aug 11th to Friday Aug 15th. The event is recommended for ages 8 to 16 Lunch is provided each day Please be advised that due to Groundlings Theatre being a Grade 2 listed building there is no wheelchair access and the theatre is upstairs.
