A summary
Scavenger Hunt for children and their parents or carers, designed to support mental and physical wellbeing through playful exploration of emotions and feelings. Working together as a team, adults and children will follow clues, solve interactive challenges, and move through engaging stations that encourage communication, mindfulness, and physical activity. This shared experience promotes emotional awareness, strengthens relationships, builds confidence, and supports overall wellbeing in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment where families learn and discover together.
