What we'll do
'Stay and Play' at Sayers Croft are 3 hour family sessions for children with additional needs and their siblings and parents/carers. These sessions provide inclusive and engaging Outdoor Learning opportunities for the family, trying activities such as archery, pond dipping, caving, orienteering, bouldering, shelter building, axe throwing, challenge course and more. The outdoor activities you participate on will be agreed at the beginning of the session when we have a better idea of the additional needs of the group and what kind of activities you might want to participate in. Parents and carers will accompany their SEND/ EHCP child on the activity. Two additional children can also be included in the booking and participate in the activity as a family unit. You will take part in the activities alongside other families in small groups of around 10 children. Please book tickets for all adults and children.
