What we'll do
Our Samba band leader and professional music facilitator Marcus will teach you how to play the rhythms of Samba. Each person will have the opportunity to try several different samba instruments and learn a piece of music that would usually be played in a parade or carnival. There will be breaks for lunch and snacks some opportunities to get creative too. This activity is fun for all personality types and can be a great way to relax into the rhythm or rock out, shake to the shakers, mindfully or meditatively melt into the sounds and learn new percussion skills.
