What we'll do
An action packed fun day run by fully qualified and accredited coaches experiencing; tennis, padel, cricket, boules, archery, croquet, ball games and outdoor games. In addition children will have the opportunity to get involved with a food-based healthy eating workshop. They will also be provided with a hearty nutritionally balanced meal. The day will begin at 10:30am however we will be offering an early drop and registration from 10am. The day will conclude at 2:30pm with collection no later than 3pm. Fruit as a snack will be provided, no need to pack a lunchbox.

Ryde Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club provides excellent year-round facilities for all levels of tennis, padel, croquet and pickleball. The club provides a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for the members as well as the general public on a pay and play basis.

To learn new skills and how to be a good sportsman.
Aim 2
To understand the importance of nutrition and following a healthy diet. Additional gaining a knowledge of how eating healthily can benefit exercise and performance.
