When you arrive
Upon arriving at Adersley WV ACTIVE entrance, take the first left turn at the car park. The RUOE Inclusion Hub is located at the top of the car park and can be identified by a large sign. When you arrive, kindly wait outside the door with your child until a staff member signs them in. Doors will open at 9 am. Similarly, when collecting your child at 3 pm, please wait outside your vehicle to collect them. This measure has been implemented to guarantee your child's safety. Note: Please ensure your child brings a water bottle and swimming kit on swimming days.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
