What we'll do
Our Summer Playscheme will be outdoors in our Rotunda Gardens - a secure and welcoming space. The garden has it's own kitchen, community allotments, greenhouse, forest school area and craft tables - the perfect space for children to enjoy themselves. Throughout the 4 weeks children will have a range of opportunities to learn, play and grow in confidence with our wonderful team of staff and volunteers. Activities include - Den building - Scavenger hunts - Nature trails - Craft activities - Weekly Day trips And much more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All children will receive free breakfast and lunch prepared by our onsite cafe. Please do let us know upon booking if your child has any dietary requirements. If you have any questions please feel free to drop into Rotunda Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and ask for a member of the community hub team

About your mentor
The Rotunda
Community, heritage cafe and wellbeing garden
Rotunda is an anchor charity based in Kirkdale, North Liverpool. We are based within five Grade II listed Georgian terrace houses, and are surrounded with beautiful community gardens. We host kids and youth clubs, half term & summer clubs, and forest school. We have been serving our local community for over 30 years, and our mission is to lead on social regeneration. We are home to Rotunda College, an accessible and inclusive education provider specialising in flexible adult learning. There is a nursery on site with OFSTED 'good' rating. The Heritage Cafe has a great history resources, and provides food for the nursery, college and kids clubs. We provide community events, skills workshops, food bank, garden sessions, forest school and volunteer opportunities.
