What we'll do
Boxercise sessions which are open to boys and girls will provide structured, non-contact boxing-based fitness led by Combat Hub coaches. They will be fun, active and inclusive, supporting young people to stay engaged, build fitness and positive relationships. Young people will learn basic techniques, take part in pad work, and complete high-energy fitness drills, building confidence, discipline, teamwork, and overall physical wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.
