A summary
The day will be filled with Karate and Kickboxing training as well as weapon training ( including nunchucks, escrima sticks, Sai, Kama and Katana!)
As well as Martial Arts training we always start the day of with a craft activity before playing team games such as dodgeball, tag and relay. We have a great outdoor space with a small wooded area, when we are outside the children have access to our outdoor equipment such as swingball, football, areoplanes, lawn darts, frisbees, basket ball etc. We also have indoor games such as giant cards giant snakes and ladders giant noughts and crosses, den building, inflatable football darts and lots more! Including Sumo suits!
