Our curriculum
WE PROVIDE ACTIVITIES USING THE SPORT OF BOXING TEACHING THE PARTICIPANTS VARIOUS SKILLS THAT HELP THEM DEVELOPE THE APPROPRIATE TECHNIQUES TO IMPROVE COORDINATION BALANCE IMPROVE COMMUNICATION , TEAMWORK AND IMPROVES MINDSET. ALSO WE WILL EDUCATE THEM ON FOODS AND NUTRITION ALL IN A FUN WAY . SOME ACTIVITIES INCLUDE FOOTWORK , LADDER WORK , PUNCHING TECHNIQUES WARM UP EXERCISES , COOLDOWN EXERCISES AND THE IMPORTANCE OF HYDRATION. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE GIVEN A MEAL EACH DAY.
