PROGOALS FUN FOOTBALL TRAINING CAMPS – SUMMER HOLIDAYS 2026! Get ready for an action-packed summer of football fun at our ProGoals Fun Football Training Camps! Our Football Camps are designed for Boys AND Girls of all abilities who want to build confidence, learn new skills, make new friends, and most importantly… have fun! Led by our experienced and energetic ProGoals coaching team, each day focuses on developing key football skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, defending, and teamwork through engaging coaching sessions, skill challenges, small-sided games, and matches. This summer, we're bringing the excitement of the 2026 World Cup to our camps with exciting World Cup-themed tournaments throughout the holidays! Children will represent different nations, compete for glory, and experience the excitement of lifting the World Cup trophy! Alongside our football sessions, children will also enjoy a range of special summer activities, including: Pizza Party Day Ice Cream Treats Water Splash Fun Activities Opportunities to Win Medals and Certificates Our camps are built around our company motto: Play, Learn, and Love. We aim to create a positive environment where every child can develop their football skills, build confidence, make friends, and enjoy being active. Whether your child is taking their first steps into football or already plays regularly, our camps provide the perfect opportunity to learn, improve, and have fun throughout the summer holidays. If your child is 4 years old, their session hours are 9:00AM to 1:00PM. All 4-year-old children must be collected at 1:00PM. Please contact us before booking your 4-year-old. Welcome to ProSports, a Northamptonshire-based company dedicated to helping every child discover the joy of physical activity. Guided by our ethos – “Providing opportunities for ALL children to PLAY, LEARN, and LOVE physical activity” – we’ve proudly delivered high-quality sports and PE sessions in schools and community settings for over a decade. During the school holidays, we run our popular Sporty Holiday Clubs and ProGoals Fun Football Training Camps, both designed to offer children active, engaging, and memorable experiences. Since becoming an approved provider for the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme in Summer 2021, we now operate 14 clubs across the county during the Christmas, Easter, and Summer breaks. At ProSports, our focus is on creating a fun and inclusive environment where children can build confidence, stay active, and make new friends. Whether that be through a wide range of sports and exciting activities or high-quality football coaching, we’re committed to giving every child a fantastic and unforgettable time.
A Day In The Life!
9:00–9:30 Welcome Fun! Children arrive and jump into our fun arrival activities while we get everyone signed in. We then bring everyone together and go through our "Football Star" system and any rules. 9:30–9:45 Team Warm-Up! We get bodies moving and spirits high with some energising Football skills. 9:45–10:30 Developing Football skills and working as a team. Let the action begin! A fun-filled team activity with football skill development to kick off the day. 10:30–11:00 Snack & Free Play Time to recharge with a snack and then some free play where you can choose from a variety of games and chill-out activities. 11:00–11:50 Second set of skill development activities + Lunchtime Prep Another football challenge while lunches are prepared (for HAF children). 11:50–12:00 Wash Up Everyone washes their hands and gets ready for lunch. 12:00–12:30 Lunch & Chill Games Refuel and have some fun with a themed quiz. 12:30–12:50 Free Play Free play where you can choose from a variety of games and chill-out activities (child lead play). 12:50–1:20 Afternoon football match prep/ last minute teamwork games Group activity to bring everyone back together and gets them ready to work strongly as ateam. 1:25-2:15 Afternoon football matches/ around robin games 2:15-2:45 Free Play & Surprises! Enjoy some relaxed fun and look out for special activities like ice lollies or water fights! 2:45–2:55 Football Stars & Prizes Celebrate achievements with certificates, stickers, and special shoutouts! 3:00 Home Time! Time to head home, tired but happy, after an awesome day!
