A summary

Our sessions are for all children living within Southwark between the ages of 4 (in reception)to 11 years. If you have a younger child they can attend with the older sibling(s). We offer a rich curriculum of activities, ranging from cooking sessions, physical activities and creative art and designs. Each session is 2 hours and parents are required to stay with their child/ren. About the food and fun programme and who it’s for: We want to help local families who are in need of additional support to get free, healthy food and fun activities. These are aimed at children and young people aged between four and 11 years. Our Children and Family Centres offer a range of services from universal to to families with children under five years old, in partnership with several other local agencies and organizations. which are available to all families. Services will also be offered which can be tailored to meet individual families’ needs. Families can ask for support from the Children and Family Centre as and when they need it. If we are unable to help, we will try to help families find the support that they need. The centre will support families at the earliest opportunity to try and prevent small issues turning into big ones. From one to one personalised parenting support to parents in need of immediate help and support for themselves and their children Home visits are an important aspect of our work as it helps us to get to know you and your family better in your own environment We can refer you to additional services and charities if you need specialist support for yourself or your child or help with resources. ​
