What we'll do
Please choose from two options this Easter. Morning sessions are for Primary and Afternoon sessions are for Secondary children. Power Play club (5-11yrs only) - 10am-2pm Our action-packed Holiday Club for children aged 5–11 offers a fun, safe and energetic environment where kids can make friends, stay active and try exciting new activities. Each day includes a mix of: Skating sessions Arts & crafts workshops Multi-sports activities and tournaments Supervised Nerf battles Team challenges and social games Children are grouped by age where appropriate, ensuring activities are inclusive, engaging and suitable for all abilities. The club focuses on building confidence, teamwork and creativity — all while having loads of fun Adrenaline Week (12-16years only) - 2.30-5pm Our Teen Holiday Programme is built for energy, competition and creativity. Designed specifically for young people aged 12–16, it offers a dynamic mix of high-action activities and social space — without the “little kids” vibe. Each day blends: Skating sessions (skills, challenges, freestyle time) Competitive multi-sport tournaments Tactical Nerf battles & team missions Creative workshops & project-based activities Social games, team challenges & chill zones This programme focuses on teamwork, leadership, resilience and confidence. Teens get structured activity, but also space to socialise, build friendships and express themselves. It’s active. It’s social. It’s built for their age.

About your mentor
Hyson Green Youth Club
Supporting young people to achieve
HGYC has grown from a traditional youth club into a community hub, particularly serving Black and Minority Ethnic communities and remains as one of only a handful of purpose-built youth centres still operating in the city. Registered as a charity in 1991 the ethnically diverse organisation truly reflects the local community, where over 50% of residents are from Black and Minority ethnic (BME) backgrounds. Our vision is to provide continuity for young people through key transitions in their lives, developing and inspiring them through enjoyable activities — education, leisure, and sport — to reach their full potential.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
