A summary
Suffolk Positive Futures Tuesday Easter Holiday Football Clubs are a funded programme through HAF for young people aged 11–15 who are eligible for Free School Meals. The day includes a variety of technical drills and skill-based games designed to develop football ability, teamwork and confidence. Participants will receive a full lunch, including sandwiches, fruit, crisps and cake, before taking part in conditioned matches during the afternoon to put their skills into practice. This provision offers a fun, structured and supportive environment during the Easter holidays. Groups are divided into appropriate ages.

Through the delivery of diversionary sports-based community activities, and access to positive adult role models, our projects provide valuable health and fitness related opportunities for young people. Activities are run for free within local estates and neighbourhoods, providing meaningful, safe and supportive places for young people to attend.
Learning aims
Aim 1
Young people will develop an understanding of the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Aim 2
Young people will improve their core football techniques — including passing, dribbling, shooting, and ball control — through structured drills and skill-based activities.
Aim 3
Young people will demonstrate improved teamwork, communication, and respect for others by participating positively in conditioned matches throughout the day.
