Positive Futures Mountain Biking Summer block mentored by Wirral Sports Development - Positive Futures
What we'll do
Mountain Biking, Young people will be transported by mini-bus to a purpose built mountain biking centre, ( Namely: One Planet Adventure, LLandegla Forest LL11 3AA. Young people will receive instruction from a qualified MIAS mountain biking instructor and coached on how to ride a mountain bike safely in off-road trails and the ride will be graded on technical ability and fitness levels. Mountain Bikes will be provided for this activity. Lunch, Snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the activity.
