Join us at Phoenix Academy for an exciting Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Project, where children can enjoy a variety of fun, engaging, and active sports in a safe and supportive environment. Our program features a range of activities, including football, dodgeball, tag rugby, ultimate frisbee, Danish longball, capture the flag, and more! Children will have the chance to develop new skills, make friends, and stay active, all while being supported by positive adult role models who encourage teamwork, confidence, and a love for sports. With a focus on inclusion, fun, and well-being, our dedicated coaches ensure that every child feels welcome and valued. Through the delivery of diversionary sports-based community activities, and access to positive adult role models, our projects provide valuable health and fitness related opportunities for young people. Activities are run for free within local estates and neighbourhoods, providing meaningful, safe and supportive places for young people to attend.
Lunchtime
At 12:00 PM, we take a break from our activities to enjoy one of our fantastic lunches, generously provided by Vera G's Cakes in Lowestoft. Each meal includes a delicious selection of sandwiches, fresh fruit, a refreshing drink, crisps, and a tasty traybake cake—perfect for refueling.
