Learn how to start your own business, come up with wild (or genius) ideas, and how to turn them into the real-deal! We’re talking real life challenges, fun games, and proper hands-on business! You’ll master the secrets of marketing, pitching, and presenting like a pro. Yep, we’ll even feed you (free lunch, let’s go), AND every day there are daily, fun team challenges like the “Water Transport Mission” and daily prizes to be won. Oh – and there’s a wicked optional workshop on how to pitch your idea like a boss, led by none other than John Dalziel from FREE Radio. He’s got bags of energy, he’s funny, and he knows how to grab a crowd. Confidence: boosted. Skills: unlocked. Fun: 100%. Prizes: waiting. Future CEO? Could be you. How to get here
By bus: the 12X and 18A stop in the business park at certain times of day (please check the timetables). The nearest stop to the office is Westwood Heath, Longwood Close. Other buses may stop on Westwood Way a short walk from the office. By minibus: free transport available if required, please get in touch to arrange.
Learning aims
Aim 1
Build your confidence and learn how to speak up for yourself – so you can be heard, stand out, and take charge of your future. Everything we do is designed to support your mental and emotional wellbeing, and we use a chill, friendly approach to help you feel safe and understood. Plus, we sneak in some English and maths skills in fun, low-key ways to help you get ready for school in September – without it feeling like school.
Aim 2
Daily physical challenges – Team Sports “Basketball shootout”, “Target throw” “Penalty shootout”, “Capture the Flag”, “Water Transport Mission”. These take place daily and there is a final “Water Transport Mission Final!” plus the option of calming breathing & mindfulness sessions to balance the buzz.

Skills for life – from teamwork and creativity to leadership and communication.
