Join Pegasus Performing Arts for an exciting Summer Drama Workshop packed with fun, creativity and confidence-building! Children will enjoy a wide range of activities including drama games, improvisation, character development, storytelling, movement and group performance work. Our experienced team has a strong understanding of supporting children with SEND, creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued and able to thrive. Participants will build confidence, make new friends, develop communication and teamwork skills, and explore their imagination in a supportive and energetic setting. Pegasus Performing Arts CIC is a welcoming, community-focused group offering inclusive performing arts opportunities for ages 4 through to adult. We provide a supportive environment where individuals can build confidence, develop skills in singing, acting, and dance, and express themselves creatively. Through regular sessions, performances, and community events, Pegasus nurtures talent, encourages personal growth, and gives every member the chance to shine both on and off the stage.
About our summer camp
Join Pegasus Performing Arts for our exciting Summer Drama Camp – a fun-filled, creative experience designed to build confidence, friendships and performance skills! Our camp runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm, with a relaxed lunch break at approximately 12:00pm. Each day is packed with engaging activities including drama games, improvisation, character work, storytelling, movement and group performances. Children will have the opportunity to explore their creativity, develop communication skills and work as part of a supportive team. We pride ourselves on being inclusive and welcoming, with a strong understanding of supporting children with SEND. Our experienced team creates a safe, encouraging environment where every child can feel confident, valued and able to express themselves. A packed lunch will be provided each day – please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. Fresh fruit and water machines are also available within the studio to keep everyone refreshed throughout the day. This is a fantastic opportunity for children to try something new, build confidence, make new friends and most importantly – have fun! FAQs What time does the camp run? The camp runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. Is lunch provided? Yes, a packed lunch is provided. Fresh fruit and water are also available. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance. What should my child bring? Comfortable clothing, a water bottle and lots of energy! Is the camp suitable for beginners? Absolutely! Our sessions are designed for all abilities, whether your child is new to drama or already loves performing. Do you support children with additional needs? Yes, we have a strong understanding of supporting children with SEND and aim to provide an inclusive and supportive environment for all. What will the children be doing? A mix of drama games, improvisation, performance work, creative activities and team-building exercises throughout the week.
