About your mentors
Cleveland School Sport Partnership CIC
Healthy, Active, Happy, Fun
During term time we work with schools to provide festivals, competitions for children and work with teacher's to help them teach high quality PE lessons. During the school holidays we provide opportunities for children to have lots of fun, enjoying multi-sports activities with lots of different sports such as archery, glow-in-the-dark dodgeball, Kin-ball, Parkour, baseball and playground games, as well as other sports to try such as basketball, cricket, football, rugby, netball and handball. We are also keen for children to be leaders during the activity days and we help them to become more responsible citizens. We also co-design each day with the help of the children. Our staff work in schools during term time and are brilliant at helping, motivating and inspiring children to have fun. There are also opportunities for children to have quiet time during the day if they so wish, such as colouring and building lego models.
Richie
CSSP Events and Leadership Manager
I’ve always had a love for sports—every kind, every level, every moment of action. My enthusiasm shines through whether I’m playing, coaching, or cheering others on. What drives me most is sharing that passion with kids, helping them discover the joy of being active, building confidence, and finding their own spark in sports and been active. I believe physical activity isn’t just about fitness—it’s about fun, teamwork, and learning life lessons that stick with you forever. My goal is simple: to inspire the next generation to move, play, dream big through sport and to have lots of FUN through been active.
Elliot Shaw
