Youth Mentoring projects and opportunities
We prioritise Youth Mentoring and provide a range of mentoring projects and opportunities that support youth progression. This includes long term one-to-one, group and career mentoring, youth-led projects and work experience opportunities, that allow young people to achieve their goals and targets.​
Online Safety is Our Priority
All our Youth Mentors hold Enhanced DBS checks and references and complete safeguarding training. Online sessions happen only through our secure platform, conversations are monitored, and there's a clear route to raise any concern. In-person sessions are fully risk-assessed and staffed by our trained team.
Learning aims
Aim 1
Look after their own wellbeing understanding how to manage stress, set healthy boundaries and stay safe online and offline.
Aim 3
Set and work towards their own goals using a simple, achievable framework (such as SMART goals) to turn ambitions into clear next steps.
Aim 5
Know the building blocks of employability — including CVs, interview basics and professional communication and take their first steps in each.
Aim 7
Explore their identity and sense of belonging with greater self-respect, confidence and pride in who they are.
Aim 9
Communicate with more confidence, sharing ideas, asking for help and contributing in a group without fear of getting it wrong. .

Identify their next steps leaving with a clearer, more hopeful sense of direction and the motivation to act on it

Build positive relationships with peers and trusted adults, and understand the value of a supportive network around them.

Who is this for?
Our Online Summer Club is for young people whatever their starting point. Whether your child wants to get ahead academically, find their feet socially, or map out a future career, we have a place for them. Your child can choose a single-theme place for depth and routine, a Morning Academic or Evening Career pass, or a full Summer Club pass for unlimited access, then add face-to-face days whenever you'd like for a small additional fee.
