A summary
Offshoot on Tour – Summer 2026 The Offshoot Foundation is hitting the road again this summer, bringing filmmaking workshops to young people across Norfolk. During the summer holidays, we'll be spending time in each of the following locations: Diss (1 day) Dickleburgh (1 day) Harleston (1 day) Pulham St Mary (3 days) Young people are welcome to attend workshops at any location, whether that's the one closest to home or all three! Join us for 6 FREE filmmaking sessions, where you'll learn hands-on filmmaking skills from professional filmmakers while creating exciting projects in a fun and supportive environment. Whether you're completely new to filmmaking or already have some experience, everyone is welcome. What You'll Learn Participants will explore filmmaking and will get the opportunity to create their own movie trailers. Using professional filmmaking equipment, you'll have the opportunity to develop skills in: Camera operation Video editing Acting and performance Storytelling Teamwork and communication Creative problem-solving Prefer to stay behind the camera? That's absolutely fine! There are plenty of production roles available, and no one is required to appear on screen. Workshop Information Age Range: 11–18 years Places Available: Maximum of 20 participants per workshop Each day begins with fun games and activities designed to build confidence, creativity and teamwork. Session Times 10:00am – 3:00pm (A lunch break will be provided during the day.) What to Bring: Packed lunch Refillable drinks bottle Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and the weather Come and Get Creative!
