What we'll do
If you are not HAF eligible you can still book these activities for FREE using this Link: https://eequ.org/book/normaston-park-free-multi-sports-with-suffolk-positive-futures-33030 Activities Funded by Lowestoft Town Council and Food provided by HAF. Join us at Normanston Park every Thursday (first 4 weeks) of the summer for a fun-filled morning of sports and games from 10:30am to 12:00pm. Led by our Suffolk Positive Futures staff, sessions include exciting activities such as Ultimate Frisbee and “Can Off,” football, golf challenges, capture the flag, Nerf howler catching games, footgolf, and more. It’s a great way to stay active, try new things, and have fun with friends, with a full lunch provided afterwards. Why not make a day of it? You’re also invited to join us later at the beach for more activities from 3:00pm to 4:30pm—perfect for continuing the fun in a relaxed seaside setting!

Through the delivery of diversionary sports-based community activities, and access to positive adult role models, our projects provide valuable health and fitness related opportunities for young people. Activities are run for free within local estates and neighbourhoods, providing meaningful, safe and supportive places for young people to attend.
