A summary
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION. FREE swimming sessions for children eligible for benefit related free school meals. As per the centres admissions policy ALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 8 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN IN THE WATER AT ALL TIMES. Any other individuals that is not the named person on the bookings must pay before entry. Adults do not need to book, make payment at reception on attendance (Max 1 adult per child). This session will be taking place in the TEACHING POOL ONLY. This is not an general swim session and is only for children on the HAF scheme. Children not eligible for HAF cannot attend. This is a swim only session (not a swimming lesson). After each attendance you will be issued with a Hugggs voucher via email that allows you access to supermarkets to redeem a healthy meal. Vouchers expire approximately 2 weeks after attending. Information will be sent via email a few days AFTER your attendance is confirmed. Booking with no attendance do NOT give you access to the Hugggs voucher. The session has an allocated time slot, users must vacate the pool when the session finishes. What is HAF Leisure Swim? ~ Free swimming session for children eligible for benefit related free school meals. Leisure swim is non-instructor lead. This session offers children the opportunity to access swimming for free, providing an easily accessible enrichment activity. How do i access a locker? Please see the FAQ page for the relevant site or contact the site for further information. Can I attend the session without booking? No, booking is essential, the Pools will not accept walk ins. I am an adult attending with my child, do I need to book? Each site has spaces allocated for adults. You must ensure that your child or children are booked on and pay on entry at the session. Can I bring friends that do not qualify for the HAF programme? No, these sessions are reserved for eligible HAF programme individuals only in the TEACHING POOL ONLY. Each child must be booked separately.

A reminder that as per the centres admissions policy ALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 8 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN IN THE WATER AT ALL TIMES. Please be aware this session will be taking place in the TEACHING POOL ONLY. Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time to provide any extra details if necessary. Don't forget to bring your appropriate swimwear, towel and change of dry clothes. Please ensure you are fully aware of the leisure swim times. Please note that adults do not need to book, please just turn up and make payment at reception on attendance. After each attendance you will be issued with a Hugggs voucher via email that allows you access to supermarkets to redeem a healthy meal. Vouchers expire approximately 2 weeks after attending. Information will be sent via email a few days AFTER your attendance is confirmed. Booking with no attendance does NOT give you access to the Hugggs voucher. Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
