A summary
For mums with babies who can confidently sit up unaided (over 8/9months) Outside exercise class for mums to get active with your child. Learn exercises and get back into fitness after having your little one. Home learning provided between classes to find out how your body has changed in pregnancy and after, and what you can do to support it. Class led by Level 3 trained Pre & Post Natal Exercise Instructor. A bit about us: EFT is a charity helping local families, children and individuals, through keyworkers working locally in schools and providing alternative and outdoor education with sports, wellbeing, forest schools and conservation.
