A summary
Connect with other mums and get active in fresh air in beautiful Alexandra Park with your baby. For new mums with babies in prams or slings. Gentle activity session - a walk in the park, a gentle post-natal workout on the grass (exercise mats provided) and then stay for an optional cuppa and chat after. This is a lovely, relaxed way to meet other mums and for your little ones to socialise together and get involved in some exercise too! Class led by Level 3 trained Pre & Post Natal Exercise Instructor. Please book your CHILD on also.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
