A summary
If you're finding it hard to get out and move your body after having a baby, why not join us with your baby, your buggy or sling, for a walk, a workout, a cuppa and a chat. We'll meet in Alexandra Park, and start with a 30 minute group walk with your child in a buggy or sling, then you will take part in a 25 minute circuit workout and a then wind down with a 15 minute stretch and relax. We'll then head over to the café and you can purchase a hot drink. Please feel free to bring your own in a sealed/reusable cup. If the weather is nice we can sit and enjoy this out on the grass. This is a lovely relaxed way to meet other mums and for your little ones to socialise together and get involved in some exercise too!
