What inspires me
What inspires me to provide children and young people with these programs is the opportunity to help them develop confidence, resilience and a lifelong love of physical activity. Sport has the power to bring young people together, to grow in confidence, make new friends and discover sports they may never have tried before. We encourage participants to develop new skills, overcome challenges and enjoy being active. Our aim is to help young people build positive habits, and develop a love of sport that stays with them throughout their lives.

We aim to increase participation in young people, children, and adults in the wider community by providing sports and activities which will allow them to embrace and enjoy a healthier lifestyle. We aim to reduce the likelihood of childhood obesity at the earliest possible stage by encouraging health and fitness at an early age and build confidence. We want to encourage participation amongst all ages and abilities and the wider community to promote a positive attitude towards health, healthy diet, and fitness for life. We also intend to enhance a child’s emotional well-being, develop their communication skills, and increase self-confidence. We intend to enrich local communities and family life through our activities.
