A summary
Children attending our HAF programme can expect action-packed days filled with activities such as dodgeball, football, cricket, netball, archery, golf, and other team-building games. Alongside sport children will also take part in food education activities and one enrichment activity each day. Each day includes opportunities to make new friends, build confidence, enjoy healthy meals, and take part in fun activities in a safe and supportive environment. Our experienced coaches make sure every child feels included, encouraged, and able to join in regardless of ability or experience. For a full day of Multi-Sports, please book AM and PM sessions on the same date.

Synergy Sports Coaching is an independent provider of PE, school sport, and holiday activity provision across Lincolnshire, proudly supporting schools, councils and communities since 2009. Through our programmes, we provide safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where young people can stay active, build confidence, develop friendships, and enjoy positive experiences during the school holidays. Alongside physical activities and sport, we focus on teamwork, wellbeing, resilience, and helping children develop healthy lifestyles. Our experienced team is passionate about creating opportunities for every child to participate, regardless of background or ability, ensuring sessions are enjoyable, supportive, and accessible to all. We believe holiday provision should do more than simply keep children occupied — it should inspire, support wellbeing, encourage social interaction, and create lasting positive memories for young people and their families.
