Woodland adventures at Lincombe Barn Woods, Downend. 10am - 2pm with a healthy campfire lunch for all and lots of active outdoor fun! We offer different activities on different days. This is often helpful for children who may feel anxious about trying new things or those who need to know what to expect. If you child needs to know which adults will be at their session please email us and we will let you know. https://youtu.be/OB1KM0CvGHo Children with additional needs are very welcome to attend if they meet the eligibility criteria above. we may be able to offer 1:1 support in some sessions. If your child has not been to Mud Pies before and you want to talk about your child's needs please email rachaelp@mud-pies.co.uk. Your child will need to bring a water bottle- we will take water to provide refills. Also please send a snack (nut free). Children need to wear long trousers, even when it is hot, due to the risk of ticks in the woods and to be able to cook on the fire. Please note if it gets so hot and dry that it's not safe to have a fire in the woods we will make sandwiches and wraps together instead. Please look out for this in your email inbox and check spam if necessary. Your child will not be able to attend if we do not have a completed Class4Kids form I'm afraid.
