What we'll do
Young people will meet our trained youth workers at our building in Havant, from there we will travel via minibus to Gosport to take part in a 90 minute Stand Up Paddle-Boarding session. Young people do not need to have any previous experience or be able to swim. The session will be delivered by a fully qualified instructor at GoSport Activity Centre and all specialist equipment will be provided. After the session we will return back to Havant for lunch and games. With access to our trained youth workers, young people will be able to access support, advice and guidance as we build trusted relationships with them. We are able to tailor many activities to suit young people's needs and offer a supportive and inclusive environment for all.

What to bring
Young people will need to bring with them something to wear on the water (this could be shorts and t-shirt), a towel and a pair of shoes that can be worn in the water.
