What we'll do
The group will meet the Motiv8 Youth Workers at 10am at our base in Cumberland Gate, where young people will be offered something to eat and have time to settle in with some games and activities to help everyone feel comfortable and ready for the day. After this, the group will walk together to Charter Swimming Pool for their swimming session running from 12pm to 1pm. Youth Workers will be there throughout to support young people, encourage participation, and ensure everyone feels safe and included. Once swimming has finished, the group will walk back to Cumberland Gate for snacks and more activities. This will be a relaxed space where young people can unwind, chat with friends, and take part in games or creative tasks. At 2pm, young people will either be picked up or make their own way home from Cumberland Gate, depending on the arrangements you have made.
