A summary
We run every Monday with occasional short breaks during term/summer holidays. We have a beautiful community in the village. Everyone is welcome to join our weekly community yoga. Lindsey is a trauma informed teacher. Sessions are based in gentle Hatha Yoga with lots of comfort and ease. Lindsey is inspired by various other types of movement such as somatic, qigong, mindful movement and scaravelli forms. Simply come to treat yourself, relax, rest and explore. Cultivate joy and reconnect to your embodiment.

What to bring
YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - Yoga mat (There is one spare if needed) - Small cushion or head support - Blanket for comfort - Any other props you might use in your own practice if you have one (Additional props are available including blocks, bricks, balls, and belts) If you are new, please arrive 15 mins early to fill in a health info form on your first day. We can also chat through any questions you might have. ENTRANCE is via the back door of the Priory Room. (Curtains will be closed for privacy and to aid our relaxing atmosphere.)
