A summary
Join Active Hastings and Jasmine from Funk Fusion Fitness for our new energetic Mini Movers dance group for under 5s. The group will give you and your little dancer the chance to enjoy upbeat tunes to play and dance along to. The group will enable your child to explore their creativity and confidence, while building thinking, social, and movement skills. Free soft drinks and snacks for the children. From 2026, we will be applying our sliding ticket scheme to adult tickets, where you can choose what you can afford to pay (with £3, £2 and free tickets available). Child tickets will continue to be free. When booking please select the number of adult and children tickets you require. All children must be accompanied by an adult. This session is very popular; therefore, we kindly ask you cancel your booking if you are unable to attend. This allows us to offer the spot to someone else. Please note all future bookings will be cancelled for those who repeatedly do not attend without cancelling (more than two times). Active Hastings
Physical activity sessions for everyone!
Active Hastings is an externally funded partnership project between Hastings Borough Council and East Sussex County Council Public Health. We have been working in partnership since 2006 to give local residents easy, fun ways to get their everyday dose of physical activity. It only takes 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity each week for adults and 60 minutes every day for children to benefit your health, both mental and physical. You can even break it down into 10 minute slots! All of our team are experienced sports coaches, fitness instructors and play workers, who are passionate about working with people of all ages in Hastings and St Leonards. We run free or low cost sessions throughout the year, as well as holiday activities as part of the Holiday Activity and Food programme.
