A summary
Mark Innes Coaching Academy's (MICA's) school holiday sports camps provide children, aged 5-12 years old, the opportunity to stay engaged & physically active during the school holidays, through a range of sport activities.
We understand that everyone is an individual and we want to motivate, inspire, challenge and help the next generation to achieve their own personal goals.
Our fun and inclusive activities will help to ensure the mental and physical wellbeing of those who attend and also help to keep them socially interactive.

Additional Information
WHAT TO WEAR
* - Casual clothing - shorts, t-shirts, socks, football strips, tracksuits, hoodies, etc
* - Trainers to ensure comfort for lots of running around and if available, but not essential, astro turf trainers or moulded football boots for outdoors on the astro pitches. (Please do not bring metal stud football boots.)
* - Shin-pads (for during competitive mini football matches)
* - Jackets/raincoats for outdoors (weather dependant) and hats/suncream (if the warm weather decides to turn up!)
WHAT TO BRING:
* - Rucksack/bag with your child’s name on it (to keep belongings in)
* - Water/soft drinks - enough to keep hydrated for the whole day - Avoid fizzy drinks/energy drinks, please
A hot lunch is provided for every child attending our holiday sports camp through the HAF programme so no need to worry about bringing lunch
WHAT NOT TO BRING
* - Sports equipment - We will provide everything you need. (Please don't bring footballs etc)
* - Mobile phones
* - Computer games/consoles
* - Valuable items such as watches or jewellery etc
* - Money - Children have nothing to spend it on at our sports camps.
Please come to the main reception area in the sports centre at The Oldham Academy North school to physically sign your child/children in and out for every session they attend.

Offers fun-packed days filled with multiple sporting activities focusing mainly on football but also including many other sports like dodgeball, benchball, handball, cricket, mini olymypics and many more. A great way to keep children active and engaged during the holidays whilst meeting new friends, learning new skills while offering multiple health benefits, mentally and physically, in a safe and fully inclusive environment.
