MCFC delivers a full filled day of activities including high-intensity, demanding, and technical sessions designed to challenge and improve. Our football camps offer children a chance to have fun whilst also training in a professional environment with a clear player development pathway. MCFC Head Coach, Michael Coghlan is an ex professional footballer, UEFA B qualified coach and a Sunderland AFC Academy scout.
We also know that fuelling young athletes is just as important as their training. That's why every player will receive a healthy lunch and nutritious snack each day, keeping energy levels high and supporting performance both on and off the pitch.

A typical timetable
10am - 10.15am: Welcome and Introductions
10.15am - 11.45am: Skills/Technical Session
11.45am -12 noon: Wash hands and settled for lunch
12 noon - 1pm: Lunch - including quizzes, discussions about healthy eating.
1pm - 2.30pm: 3v3, 1v1s, 5 aside games and mini 'world cup' theme tournament
2.30pm - 2.50pm: Conclude/Feedback/Presentation
3pm: Parent Pick-up
