What we'll do
The Sickle Cell & Thalassaemia Support Project (SCTSP) are working in partnership with Wolverhampton Family Hubs to run a series of workshops free for parents and families. Managing Stress and Anxiety in parenting is the first workshop in the Thriving Together Series. This workshop will help you to understand what causes stress and anxiety, the impact it can have on parenting and give you practical techniques to manage these emotions effectively. This workshop is taking place at Graiseley, Bingley and Whitmore Reans Family Hub.
