Easter Half Term Kids Camp – Big Easter Adventure
Monday 30th March – Friday 10th April 2026 (Closed 3rd & 6th April – Bank Holidays)
Magna Groups are excited to bring our high-energy Easter Holiday Camp to children across Ealing, delivering an action-packed programme designed to inspire, captivate and engage every child.
Our Ofsted registered holiday camps combine sports, adventure, creativity and outdoor exploration, giving children the opportunity to stay active, make friends and try new experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
Every day follows a structured but flexible timetable, ensuring children feel settled and confident while enjoying a variety of activities throughout the day.
What Happens When You Arrive?
Children are welcomed by our friendly Magna team from 8:45am, where they will be signed in and greeted by staff. We start the day with a morning welcome circle, helping children meet their group leaders, make new friends and hear about the exciting activities planned for the day.
Children are then organised into small age-appropriate groups, allowing staff to tailor activities to suit different ages and abilities.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Each day is carefully planned to provide a balance of physical activity, creativity and teamwork.
Morning
• Welcome circle and group introductions
• Warm-up games and icebreakers
• First specialist activity session
Midday
• Team games and sports activities
• Lunch and social time
• Creative workshops or outdoor adventures
Afternoon
• Adventure challenges or tournaments
• Creative activities and crafts
• End-of-day celebration and reflection
Children are collected at 4:15pm after a fun-filled day.

Alongside our daily specialist activities, each day includes exciting Easter-themed events.
Tuesday 7th April: Spring Survival Showdown
Get ready for an action-packed day of teamwork, resilience and outdoor adventure at our Spring Survival Showdown! Children will put their skills to the test through exciting team sports, high-energy fitness challenges, creative nature-inspired activities and thrilling survival-style missions. From strategy games to problem-solving challenges, every child will build confidence, leadership and teamwork skills in a fun, supportive Magna environment. It’s a day designed to inspire determination, spark creativity and keep the Easter adventure going strong
Wednesday 8th April: The Ultimate Egg-stravaganza
Get ready for the ultimate Easter celebration! The Ultimate Egg-stravaganza is bursting with high-energy sports, creative workshops, thrilling team games and adventurous missions. From fast-paced tournaments to imaginative Easter-inspired creations, children will enjoy a full day of Magna magic that builds confidence, friendships and unforgettable memories.
Thursday 9th April: Bunny Bash Games Day
It’s time for the ultimate Bunny Bash! This high-energy day is packed with inclusive team games, exciting sports challenges, creative design sessions and adventure-based missions. Children will compete, collaborate and celebrate together in a fun-filled atmosphere that captures the true spirit of Magna camps inspiring, engaging and full of energy.
Friday 10th April Big Easter Adventure Finale
We finish our Big Easter Adventure with an action-packed celebration of everything Magna does best! From tournament finals and creative showcases to adventurous team missions and wellbeing celebrations, our Finale Friday is all about recognising effort, celebrating achievements and ending the holiday with big smiles and brilliant memories.

Children always have choices of activities, meaning if they prefer creative activities over sport (or vice versa), there will always be something they enjoy.
Our Facilities
Our camps take place in safe, spacious school environments, making use of:
• School sports halls
• Classrooms for creative activities
• Outdoor playgrounds and sports fields
• Adventure activity areas
This allows us to provide both indoor and outdoor activities throughout the day.
Group Sizes
Children are placed into small supervised groups to ensure everyone receives support and attention.
Typical ratios include:
• 1 adult to 10 children (younger children)
• 1 adult to 12 children (older children)
This ensures activities are safe, engaging and well supervised.
Food and Nutrition
Children attending the HAF programme will receive a hot healthy and nutritious meal each day, designed to support energy and wellbeing.
Meals typically include:
• Balanced hot meals or healthy lunch options
• Fresh fruit and vegetables
• Water available throughout the day
We cater for dietary requirements and allergies, including halal, vegetarian and other needs where possible.
Experienced and Qualified Staff
Our camps are led by experienced enhanced DBS Magna staff who are passionate about working with children.
Our team includes:
• Qualified childcare practitioners
• Sports coaches and activity leaders
• Staff trained in paediatric first aid and safeguarding
All staff are DBS checked and trained to deliver engaging activities in a safe and inclusive environment.
Supporting Children with SEND
Magna Groups are committed to inclusive provision.
We support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) by:
• Creating smaller supportive groups
• Offering flexible activity choices
• Providing calm spaces where needed
• Working with parents to understand individual needs
Our experienced staff adapt activities to ensure every child can participate and enjoy the day.
