SUMMER 2026 THEMED WEEKS
Each week is built around a different theme, ensuring children experience something new, exciting and memorable across the summer. From team competitions and outdoor exploration to creative expression and festival-style celebrations, every child has the opportunity to build confidence, make friends, stay active and have fun.
Across all sessions, children will enjoy a balanced mix of structured activities and OPAL play, supported by experienced DBS staff who ensure every child feels included, encouraged and safe.
Mega Challenge Week
A high-energy week focused on teamwork, competition, and problem-solving. Children take part in fun physical and mental challenges designed to build resilience, confidence, and collaboration through team games, obstacle courses, and competitive activities.
Includes:
Sports tournaments, team relays, obstacle challenges, puzzle missions, creative team tasks, confidence-building games.
Camp Wilderness Adventure Week
An outdoor-inspired week filled with exploration, nature, and survival-style challenges. Children experience den building, scavenger hunts, and outdoor teamwork activities that encourage curiosity and adventure.
Includes:
Den building, nature trails, scavenger hunts, outdoor games, camp-style challenges, creative nature crafts, teamwork activities.
Magna Champions Cup Week
Inspired by the excitement of sporting competition, this week focuses on team sports, tournaments, and friendly competition. Children work in teams to earn points, progress through fixtures, and celebrate achievements together.
Includes:
Sports tournaments, multi-sport games, skill challenges, team leagues, knockout competitions, medal ceremonies, sportsmanship activities.
Summer Festival Spectacular Week
A colourful celebration week packed with music, dancing, games, and festival-style activities. Children enjoy a fun-filled atmosphere leading up to a grand finale celebration including a colour run and team party games.
Includes:
Dance workshops, carnival games, water play, music activities, creative crafts, party games, colour run finale.

Magna Summer 2026 HAF Programme – 5 Weeks of Fun, Food & Adventure
This summer 2026, Magna Groups is delivering a vibrant 5-week Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme designed to keep children active, engaged, and supported throughout the school holidays. Our programme offers a safe, inclusive and exciting environment where children can take part in a wide variety of sports, creative activities, outdoor adventures, teamwork challenges, and wellbeing sessions every day.
Our OFSTED registered holiday camps combine sports, adventure, creativity and outdoor exploration, giving children the opportunity to stay active, make friends and try new experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
Every day follows a structured but flexible timetable, ensuring children feel settled and confident while enjoying a variety of activities throughout the day.

ABOUT MAGNA CAMPSWhat Happens When You Arrive?
Children are welcomed by our friendly Magna team from 8:45am, where they will be signed in and greeted by staff. We start the day with a morning welcome circle, helping children meet their group leaders, make new friends and hear about the exciting activities planned for the day.
Children are then organised into small age-appropriate groups, allowing staff to tailor activities to suit different ages and abilities.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Each day is carefully planned to provide a balance of physical activity, creativity and teamwork.
Morning
• Welcome circle and group introductions
• Warm-up games and icebreakers
• First specialist activity session
Midday
• Team games and sports activities
• Lunch and social time
• Creative workshops or outdoor adventures
Afternoon
• Adventure challenges or tournaments
• Creative activities and crafts
• End-of-day celebration and reflection
Children are collected at 4:15pm after a fun-filled day.

Children always have choices of activities, meaning if they prefer creative activities over sport (or vice versa), there will always be something they enjoy.
Our Facilities
Our camps take place in safe, spacious school environments, making use of:
• School sports halls
• Classrooms for creative activities
• Outdoor playgrounds and sports fields
• Adventure activity areas
This allows us to provide both indoor and outdoor activities throughout the day.
Group Sizes
Children are placed into small supervised groups to ensure everyone receives support and attention.
Typical ratios include:
• 1 adult to 10 children (younger children)
• 1 adult to 12 children (older children)
This ensures activities are safe, engaging and well supervised.
Food and Nutrition
Children attending the HAF programme will receive a hot healthy and nutritious meal each day, designed to support energy and wellbeing.
Meals typically include:
• Balanced hot meals or healthy lunch options
• Fresh fruit and vegetables
• Water available throughout the day
We cater for dietary requirements and allergies, including halal, vegetarian and other needs where possible.
Experienced and Qualified Staff
Our camps are led by experienced enhanced DBS Magna staff who are passionate about working with children.
Our team includes:
• Qualified childcare practitioners
• Sports coaches and activity leaders
• Staff trained in paediatric first aid and safeguarding
All staff are DBS checked and trained to deliver engaging activities in a safe and inclusive environment.
Supporting Children with SEND
Magna Groups are committed to inclusive provision.
We support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) by:
• Creating smaller supportive groups
• Offering flexible activity choices
• Providing calm spaces where needed
• Working with parents to understand individual needs
