Family Hubs are pleased to bring together services from across the SEND partnership to provide advice to parents of children with additional needs. This drop-in will allow you to gain an initial understanding of what those services offer and then request more support at a future date.
About your mentor
Monks Coppenhall Family Hub
Together for You
Family hubs support children and young people from 0-19 (or up to 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities). They bring council, health and community services together so that families can access the right support at the right time.
Nantwich Academy
This session is being held at Nantwich Primary Academy. This drop-in will allow you to gain an initial understanding of what services are on offer, and then request more support at a future date.
