A summary
Our summer scheme offers children with additional needs a safe, welcoming place to be themselves and have fun. You can expect a mix of engaging activities, including arts and crafts, baking, discos, sensory and messy play, movies, and more. We prioritise the well-being and happiness of every child in our care. Our staff are highly trained to support children with a learning disability and autistic children, ensuring an inclusive and welcoming environment for all. Limited 1:1 support is available - this will be assessed at the time of booking. At The Link, our accessible centre in Woking, you will find lots to choose from. We have a large hall filled with toys and craft materials, a huge outdoor space with climbing frames and outdoor musical instruments, a calming sensory room, and an exciting soft play area. These friendly sessions provide a space for children to build independence and make friends, but most importantly, they are lots of fun! We offer a place to feel safe and comfortable being yourself, with room to grow and develop at your own pace. In our welcoming community, you will be seen and celebrated as an individual. Our groups offer engaging experiences for people with additional needs, from sensory activities and days out to performing arts, socialising, and life skills. There’s something for everyone. You do not need to mask or hide anything at LinkAble. We really like the real you!
