A summary
Our qualified team of coaches and staff deliver a range of activities, including: Multi-sports: Developing technical and tactical skills through fun, structured coaching practices. Young people will be able to enjoy being active and trying out various sports including football, basketball, tennis, dodgeball, cricket and more. Creative activities: A chance for young people to get creative with a sports twist! Activities may include designing your own football kit or team logo, making personalised water bottles or medals, creating sports-themed word searches or puzzles, and taking part in fun quizzes and games. These sessions offer a relaxed, engaging break from physical activity while still linking to the world of sport. Workshops: Fun and engaging enrichment sessions where young people can explore important topics like healthy lifestyles, staying safe, teamwork, and making positive choices. These workshops support confidence, communication and life skills. Something for everyone! Please note: To be eligible for the programme you must be in receipt of benefit-related Free School Meals.

Leyton Orient Trust’s Holiday Activities Programme is focused on delivering exciting and engaging sports and sports related activities, giving the participants opportunities to try out new sports and overall enjoy physical activity in a safe and supportive environment. The Trust team are therefore committed to helping the participants develop new skills and knowledge, improve their current skills and try out new experiences, which will encourage them to keep returning, keeping fit and learning healthy habits.

Aim 1
Participants will experience a range of different sporting activities, focusing on having fun and being active. Each participant will have found at least one sport and physical activity that they enjoy.
Aim 2
Participants will have a greater understanding, awareness and knowledge of healthy eating and lifestyles - preparing them to have more control over their bodies and health.
