A summary
Leisure United will provide 4 days of football & multi sports at Ford Hub. Children will be delivered football sessions, stretching and aerobic activities, multi-sports games & workshops on health and nutrition. Alongside the activities, LU will offer hot meals. Parents and families will be engaged to evaluate and promote healthy lifestyles focusing on nutrition and exercise. Activities will range from and vary through small sided football, shooting competitions, penalty competitions, football tennis and include multisports games of rounders among other games. We will also have provision for indoor activities such as table tennis, board games, colouring options etc. We will also be aiming to offer enrichment sessions with local groups such as community police, community fire etc.
