You’ll learn a variety of key exercises, focus on proper form, and build confidence using gym equipment in a supportive environment. Perfect for complete beginners. Women's-Only Personal Trainer
I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with a strong academic and athletic background. I graduated with First-Class Honours in Coaching and Development, demonstrating both my dedication to the field and deep understanding of performance enhancement, athlete development, and coaching methodologies. From an early age, I have been immersed in competitive sports, developing discipline, resilience, and a passion for athletic excellence. Between the ages of 12 and 16, I trained with the Great Britain Ski Team, gaining elite-level experience and insight into high-performance environments. This formative period shaped my approach to training and instilled a lifelong commitment to sport and fitness. My combined academic knowledge and practical experience allow me to deliver results-driven coaching tailored to individual needs, whether working with aspiring athletes or general fitness clients.
