What we'll do

Hot Meal Club - Free Food & Fun Every Friday! Hey, did you know? Every Friday at the Lakes Community Centre, you can grab a FREE hot meal and pudding! From loaded baked potatoes to melty cheese toasties and hearty pasta bakes—there’s something for everyone. Got dietary needs? Just tell us on the form, and we’ve got you covered! But it’s more than just great food! Grab a bite, hang out with friends, and dive into all the awesome youth club stuff. Play games in the sports hall, head outside for fresh air, or just chill with your crew. If you’re between 7-18 years old, don’t miss out! Plus, if you’re Year 7 or older, sign up for the Community Football project on the Astro pitch from 5PM! Come for the food, stay for the fun. Help us plan activities, make epic memories, and turn Fridays into the best night of the week! ENTRY: FREE SESSION

Youth Network

Building resilience in young people

Youth Network, a project of Bletchley Youth Centre, is dedicated to empowering young people to build a better future for themselves and their community. We offer leisure time youth clubs, activities and trips which build self-confidence, resilience and motivate young people to try out new things. All staff hold Enhanced DBS checks, are trained First Aiders, and receive regular Safeguarding training. Where appropriate, staff are certified in food hygiene.

I have been dedicated to supporting young people in Milton Keynes since 2008. My journey began with MK Youth Service, and in 2013, I joined Youth Network, which is now a project under Bletchley Youth Centre. My passion for youth work is rooted in a deep empathy for young people. I find immense joy in witnessing their growth and development as they navigate their journey to adulthood. Currently, I contribute across all Youth Network provisions in Milton Keynes, striving to make a positive and lasting impact on their lives.

As the Senior Youth Work Manager of the Youth Network project, I oversee all of the clubs and projects that support the development, well-being, and empowerment of young people. With a focus on creating inclusive opportunities, I lead a team committed to fostering growth, resilience, and meaningful connections within the community. My work is driven by a passion for making a lasting impact in the lives of local youth.

I am deeply passionate about empowering young people to seize every opportunity available to them. As a football coach, an FA Inclusions Officer, I bring the values of teamwork, discipline, and motivation into my work at youth clubs, fostering personal growth and confidence in the next generation. I work across many of the Youth Network provisions in Milton Keynes.
